Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Rejog ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
"Rejog," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the company operating rejogapp.com. "You" refers to the individual or entity using the Service.
2. The Service
Rejog is a follow-up CRM that lets you manage leads, compose and send follow-up emails, and track delivery outcomes. Features vary by plan (Free, Starter, Growth).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately at support@rejogapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You may not share accounts or resell access.
- One person or legal entity per account. Team access is provided through workspace invitations.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Rejog only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited email (spam) or email to people who have not opted in or with whom you have no prior relationship
- Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any other applicable email or privacy law
- Import or email purchased, scraped, rented, or harvested contact lists
- Send emails containing illegal content, malware, phishing, or deceptive material
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Abuse, harass, or threaten recipients
- Circumvent plan limits or attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service in any way that degrades performance or availability for other users
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for any violation of these terms.
5. Email Sending and Compliance
5.1 Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of emails you send through Rejog and for compliance with applicable email laws. This includes CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR (EU), CASL (Canada), and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
5.2 Rejog's compliance infrastructure
Rejog provides the following compliance features, which you must not circumvent:
- Mandatory unsubscribe link in every outbound email
- RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe header on every outbound email
- Automatic suppression of unsubscribes, hard bounces, and spam complaints
- Minimum sending intervals to prevent over-contacting
5.3 Sender reputation
If your sending activity causes Rejog's sending reputation to be harmed (excessive bounces, spam complaints, or blacklisting), we may suspend your sending privileges or terminate your account.
Acceptable thresholds: bounce rate < 3%, spam complaint rate < 0.1% per sending campaign.
6. Contact Data
You retain ownership of all contact and lead data you upload to Rejog. By using the Service, you grant Rejog a limited license to process and store this data solely to deliver the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have a lawful basis to store and email each contact in your list
- You will honor opt-out requests (Rejog enforces this automatically)
- Your use of contact data complies with applicable privacy laws
7. AI Features
Rejog uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate email draft suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before sending.
AI generation counts against your monthly quota per your plan. Unused generations do not roll over.
8. Plans, Billing, and Payment
8.1 Plans
Plan limits (contacts, emails per month, AI generations, team members) are enforced at the time of use. Current limits are listed at rejogapp.com/#pricing.
8.2 Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by our billing provider (Stripe, PayPal, or Paddle depending on your region). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
8.3 Dunning
If a payment fails:
- Your account enters a 7-day grace period — sending continues during this period
- After 7 days without successful payment, sending is suspended
- Payment success restores full access immediately
8.4 Upgrades and downgrades
Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits after downgrade, sends will be blocked until the next billing period or until you re-upgrade.
8.5 Cancellations
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for unused time on monthly subscriptions.
8.6 Free plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost with reduced limits. We may change or discontinue the Free plan with 30 days' notice.
9. Intellectual Property
Rejog and all associated software, design, and content are owned by Rejog and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or codebase.
You retain all rights to content you create and upload (emails, templates, contact data). You grant Rejog a limited license to store and process this content solely to deliver the Service.
10. Termination
10.1 By you
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion removes your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your account:
- Immediately for violation of the Acceptable Use policy (Section 4) or email compliance obligations (Section 5)
- With 30 days' notice for any other reason
- Immediately if required by law
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will provide a data export window of 30 days before deletion.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.
We are not responsible for email delivery outcomes. Email delivery depends on recipient mail servers, spam filters, and factors outside our control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rejog's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Rejog in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
- Damages arising from your violation of email laws or this Agreement
- Damages caused by third-party services (Resend, Stripe, Anthropic, etc.)
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rejog, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any email law or privacy regulation
- Content you send through the Service
- Your contact data or how you obtained it
14. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.
15. Changes to These Terms
We will notify you of material changes via email and by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
